Calvin James Recruitment are working with a global multinational company based in Dubai. We are looking for a best in class Human Resources Generalist to join a very well established team.

Role

  • Deliver reward recognition strategies
  • Participate in the development of HR objectives and systems
  • Support management of employee life cycle
  • Develop and execute personnel procedures and policies
  • support the digital transformation in HR

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with all functional partners
  • Implementation of building people capability process
  • ensure the global software is up to date
  • develop and modify compensation plans
  • Manage salary mapping
  • Prepare quarterly C&B forecasts
  • Ensure employee self-service portal is updated
  • Support monthly payroll
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics
  • Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of tools and policies
  • handle all administrative tasks for on boarding
  • Take an active part in execution of employee engagement surveys and action plans
  • Coordinate execution of organizational training calendar
  • Assist in talent acquisition
  • Participate in global projects

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in an HR function
  • Experience in compensation and benefits
  • Experience in HR Systems
  • Good knowledge of employment law
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong project management skills
